Sparring is an essential part of training Muay Thai, or any combat sport, if you want to be able to use it effectively. This is where your hard-earned skills are refined and your reactions honed. Smashing the pads and heavy bags will help perfect your technique, but sparring is where it all comes together. Combining strikes, defense and movement all at the same time
At Khao Lak Muay Thai & Muay Boran, we actively encourage our students to engage in sparring either with the trainers or with each other in the group classes. Our trainers will ensure that a safe, controlled environment is maintained at all times
